Your First Visit
Bikram Yoga is suitable for all levels, with no prior experience required. This practice is specifically designed for inflexible and stiff bodies, as well as those navigating chronic pain or emotional and mental challenges. Even if you are already healthy and fit, you will find this class is for you.
What to expect
You are going to work your body - all over, from the inside out, from bones to the skin.
You will sweat a lot, but after class you will feel like you are walking on clouds.

Light, breathable clothing that allows full movement.
Avoid heavy fabrics or restrictive gear.

Membership Terms
• The number of monthly bookings is limited according to the membership purchases.
• Billing is on a recurring monthly basis (not necessarily a calendar month).
• The number of bookings resets at the end of each billing cycle, and unused sessions cannot be carried over to the following month.
• Memberships cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned from one student to another.
• Transactions cannot be canceled retroactively and no credit or refund will be issued for charges that have already been processed.
• Memberships cannot be paused.
• There is no exit penalty and no requirement for one month's notice. However, to cancel the membership you must notify at least two days before

About Us
Meet Yoav
Yoav is a dedicated Bikram Yoga teacher with over 7 years of experience teaching in Israel and around the world. He has taught in the United States and across Asia, including the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand, working with students of all levels and backgrounds.
Yoav has twice returned to the official Bikram Yoga Teacher Training as a visiting teacher, and has also taught within the training itself — an experience that reflects the precision, depth, and authenticity he brings to every class.
He teaches with a strong commitment to the traditional method, emphasizing discipline, accuracy, and consistency, while creating a space that is warm, supportive, and accessible to all.
His favorite posture is Half Moon. Through it, he reads the body and energy of the room at the beginning of each class, allowing him to guide students with clarity, awareness, and intention.
As the owner and director of the studio, Yoav is passionate about building more than just a place to practice. He is committed to creating a strong, welcoming community grounded in positive energy, personal growth, and mutual respect.
Meet Debi
My journey with Bikram Yoga didn’t start with love at first sight — quite the opposite.
When my son, Yoav, returned from his teacher training at the beginning of COVID, he turned one of the rooms in our home into a small studio. My husband and I found ourselves “encouraged” to practice.
To be honest — we didn’t enjoy it at all.
It felt too hot, too intense, and completely out of our comfort zone. We even joked that we couldn’t wait for Yoav to move out so we could stop practicing.
But something unexpected happened.
Five years later, when Yoav opened his own studio, he said to me:
“Mom, I need teachers.”
So........In October 2025, I traveled to Thailand to complete the official Bikram Yoga teacher training with Bikram Choudhury. It was a challenging experience — especially learning the dialogue — but also deeply rewarding.
Today, I’m proud to say I know the dialogue almost perfectly, and I’ve been teaching since January 2026 here at the studio.
Now — I can’t wait to get to the studio, to practice and to teach. I love it.
My goal as a teacher is simple:
To create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to go at your own pace.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be strong.
You just need to show up.

Is Bikram Yoga suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Every class is designed for all levels, and many of our students are complete beginners. Our teachers provide guidance and modifications for every posture.
How hot is the room?
The room is heated to approximately 40°C with 40% humidity. The heat helps warm your muscles for safe stretching and promotes detoxifying sweat.
What should I bring to my first class?
Please bring a yoga mat, a large towel, and a bottle of water. We also have mats and towels available for hire at the studio if needed.
